Graham Stanley has given an example of four friends Mary, John, Henry and Frank who are planning to go for camping and need to bring right things for their camping. He also says that E-mail is not good at coordinating. He says that the better way for this is Wiki. Using wiki the group can coordinate their trip better. In wiki, it is easy for everyone to click on edit button and write or delete something and by clicking on save button they can save the change have been done. These two buttons are always used together. He saw this by giving the example of this group. Mary signs up for a wiki site and she click on edit and write about the things which she will bring and also list out the things which other needs to bring and save it. Then John visited the site and write the things which he will bring under 'what we have' and also add the things which they will need and which are left out under 'what we need'. Henry also did the same and save it and frank agrees to bring the remaining things. He further says how to link the web documents. He saw this by giving the example of this group that they need a location for the camping. So John visits the site and he write the word location and highlight it and then click on the 'link' button. It changes the word location into a link to a new page.
